Para sa Karapatan at Kalusugan: Free Legal Advise and Medical Check-up
Kaya Natin in partnership with volunteer lawyers and Lex Leonum Fraternitas gave free legal advise to Barangay Fortune, a relocation site in Marikina City on July 30, 2016.
A medical mission was also simultaneously held in Fortune through partnerships with KN Champion Marcy Teodoro, Phi Kappa Mu Fraternity, PETA Weekend Workshoppers Alumni 2016 and Mu Sigma Phi Sorority, reaching more than 250 residents of Fortune. Patients were given medicines, vitamins, as well as diapers for babies.
During the event, actors performed an entertaining skit encouraging people to be good Filipinos in the most simple, but meaningful ways: falling in line, common courtesy, respect, and following the rules.
